What do I need to do before the pickup?
We aim to collect your clothes, clean them to a professional standard and get them back to you on time. Please make sure you verify your clothes before handing it over to our pickup and delivery executive. If you have any specific instructions please drop us a note at service@helphut.in with your order number.
What if some of my clothes already have stains?
Once your clothes or items reach our workshop we thoroughly check each item for stains and any damages. In case we think any of the garments/items cannot be serviced we will call you and provide you the details. In such cases if customers insist on going ahead with the service, we undertake the same at customers risk.

Where are my clothes cleaned?
We have a workshop specifically for Dry cleaning and Steam press. Your clothes are taken utmost care right from pickup until delivered to your doorstep.
Are there any fabrics you don't clean?
We verify each order once they reach our workshop for any stains or damages. We check the fabric as well and in case the clothes are not serviceable we inform you over a call and update the order accordingly

Do you furnish the cleaning supplies ?
We aim to provide end to end services to our customers. However at this moment we are not providing any cleaning supplies. We are eager to start this service early.
