Returns & Refunds policy:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days before the  scheduled pickup without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 2 days before your pickup.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail service@helphut.in

We will reimburse you no later than 5 days from the day on which we receive cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for refund:

In order for the order to be eligible for refund, please make sure that:

  • The cancellation is placed at least 2 days prior to the pickup date

  • One of the items is not serviceable and we will confirm that over email/call once the order is picked up

Refund cannot be processed

  • Once the items are picked for delivery

  • If an item is damaged after the service and customer already agreed to assume the risk of damage of items tagged by Help Hut as unserviceable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost once delivered at your premises. Therefore, we recommend taking the delivery of the serviced items in person. Once delivered we assume no risk of damage to any items.
